Worship
Worship through the preaching of God’s Word, reading Scripture, prayer, giving, and music — helping faithful followers of God express His worthiness in their daily lives.
Engage
Engage the community through outreach by involving every member of the church in reaching the lost — at home and abroad — with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Grow
Teach people to grow in faith by becoming mature in their relationship with God and with fellow believers.

God First
Tuscarora Baptist Church exists for God. Therefore, in every person and program: God is first, God is to be experienced, and God is to be pleased.
The Bible
The Bible is our pattern for life. We want to know, understand, and correctly apply God’s Word. Bible teaching permeates every program and ministry.
Relationships
To remain healthy, Tuscarora Baptist Church must maintain good relationships among all believers — and cultivate positive relationships with those who do not yet know Christ.
Outreach
In concert with the Holy Spirit, we seek to serve non-Christians and the unchurched in order to reach them for Jesus Christ. Outreach requires an awareness of our culture and a genuine connection with people where they live.
Disciple-Making
Disciples are believers who are learning to be more like Jesus. Tuscarora Baptist Church is a training center for disciple-making by:
- Offering training opportunities
- Providing a network for relationships
- Encouraging community
- Providing examples of faithful living
- Offering an environment for continuous disciple-making
